 Even though some experts considered him as a diligent and hard working player in Brøndby IF, it would be incorrect to consider him particularly talented in the defensive aspects of the game. Thus, it would be problematic to place him on the central or the defensive midfield position, as his primary forces are his excellent dribbling skills, short passings and assists. For that reason I find it relevant to emphasize that he in general incarnates the characteristics of a playmaker on the offensive midfield or as a left wing, moving and focusing inwards. And scrutinizing some of the other posts in this thread, one might realize that this seems to be the common perception of Thomas among fans of Brøndby IF :)
