Ja, den ville være logisk, hvis den blev fulgt, men det bliver den ikke. Der bliver ikke hentet performancespillere blandet med talenter. Der bliver hentet middelmådighed blandet med talenter, og det giver ikke et slagkraftigt hold overhovedet.
Hvis strategien blev fulgt, ville det være fint, men folk forstår ikke, at CV ikke er specielt dygtig den del af sit arbejde.
